MSO Special Contractors Program

The Special Contractors Program is designed to easily provide coverage for small, artisan-type contractors. It is designed for smaller contracting risks. Eligible classes are also limited to the types of risk your company wants to write. Coverage is available for buildings, personal property, personal property of others and loss of use. Comprehensive premises/operations and products/completed operations liability coverage is included.

The premium is based on the number of employees, which is often easier to determine than payroll. For companies preferring a payroll base, MSO will make the necessary filings. Fire, Basic and Expanded Causes of Loss are available. Under Expanded coverage, theft may be deleted or limited. Key coverages such as Off Premises Coverage for personal property and Personal Property of Others Coverage are built into the program.
