Glen Rock, NJ – MSO®, Inc. (The Mutual Service Office, Inc.) is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan Townley to the position of Assistant Vice President Operations and Program Management.
Ms. Townley joined MSO, Inc. in 1998 as Network Administrator and has held various positions including Director of Operations and Program Management, Manager of Marketing and Operations, and IT Manager. Ms. Townley led the development of operations reviews for the MSO Board Audit Committee and developed significant internal controls for use of the cloud for all MSO operations. Ms. Townley has completed multiple market proposals for software and services and implemented same. These efforts have resulted in cost savings and process efficiencies. She continues to lead the Inspection and Audit teams and developed response protocols for the current COVID pandemic. Ms. Townley has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University.
