Mr. Clark is President of Delaware Grange Mutual Insurance Company in Dover, DE. He joined the board of DGM in 1991 and was elected president in 1992. In the last seven years the company has added a full line of products and has grown significantly. DGM is a member of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC).

He served as President of the Big “I” in 1991-1992, and was an Independent Agent for 45 years, owning his own agency and running others. After retiring from agency operations, Mr. Clark devoted full time to DGM.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, and in 1976 earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation.

Mr. Clark serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating & Governance Committee.
