As Corporate Secretary, Trish’s responsibilities include setting up Board and Committee Meetings and maintaining Corporate Governance books and legal records.

As VP of Compliance, she maintains the MSO Advisory/Rating Organization licenses Secretary of State Certificates of Authority. Trish is responsible for monitoring insurance regulatory and compliance changes across the country, annual reports, and various tax reporting. As a Senior Product Development Analyst, she develops and updates the various personal and commercial MSO insurance products nationwide.

Trish Riggio has 20+ years in the insurance industry and has been with MSO since 2007.
