Sharon joined the MSO team in 2026. She works with senior management to coordinate compliance and administrative operations of the MSO national continuing education school.

With background including Commercial Lines Senior Coordinator at NFP Property & Casualty Services and Insurance Processor for M.L. Ruberton Agency, LLC, as well as holding a New Jersey P&C license, Sharon brings knowledge and experience to the MSO School.
