Mike Faron is Senior Commercial Underwriter at Arbella Insurance Group in Quincy, MA. He serves on several industry boards and committees including: member of NAMIC’s Federal Affairs and Commercial Lines Seminar Planning Committees, Secretary of the Massachusetts Insurance Federation Board of Directors,  Vice-Chair of MA Commonwealth Automobile Reinsurers’ (CAR) Commercial Automobile Committee, and member of the Mutual Fire Insurance Association of New England’s (MFIANE) Loss Control Committee. He is also a past member of the Workers’ Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau of MA (WCRIB) Actuarial Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Liquor Liability JUA of MA.  He earned the CPCU and AIC professional designations and is also a NAMIC Merit Society member.

Mr. Faron is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts with a BA in Economics and is an active member of the school’s President’s Council and Parents Leadership Council.

Mr. Faron is Chairman of the Compensation Committee.
