Leo is AVP and Manager of Actuarial Services with primary responsibility in developing loss costs. Leo contributes to all actuarial-related functions at MSO having over 45 years of experience. Leo has expertise in product modeling, underwriting, staff development, budgeting, dealer management, regulatory compliance, risk management, and rate making.

He has held actuarial positions at Crum & Forster Insurance Group and Seibels Bruce Insurance Group with a focus on Personal Automobile, Homeowners, Personal Liability, Inland Marine, and Watercraft. Leo has Automobile and Recreational Vehicle Extended Service Contract actuarial pricing experience with The American Road Insurance Company, the Lyndon Insurance Group, and Protective.

Leo has a degree in Mathematics from Wabash College and has passed Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams 1, 2, 3.
