As AVP of Operations, Enterprise Project Management, and Statistical Services, Debbie oversees MSO’s cloud functionality, database and server stability, and hardware and software environment. She works with MSO Actuarial and Product teams and member company IT teams in the analysis of statistical data and filing of NAIC and AIPSO annual reports.

Debbie holds the designation of Associate Insurance Data Manager (AIDM) from the Insurance Data Management Association (IDMA). She graduated with honors from The Chubb Institute as a Certified Computer Programmer. Debbie completed Property and Casualty insurance course work through The National Alliance of Insurance Education & Research.

Prior to joining MSO in 2020, Debbie was a Business Analyst for ARI Insurance Companies, and worked at The Bucks County Courier Times newspaper as a Programmer Analyst.
