Cassidy joined the Product Development Team at MSO, Inc. in 2024. She is involved with national expansion of programs and member company projects.

Most recently, Cassidy was a Product Analyst at Centauri Specialty Insurance Company. Prior to that she worked in Underwriting and Customer Service for Lighthouse Property Insurance. Cassidy graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science. She has her Florida Property and Casualty Insurance License and has completed 7 of the CPCU exams. She resides in Sarasota, Florida.
