Cricky has many years’ experience in a variety of Property & Casualty roles. Most recently, she was a Product Development/ Compliance Analyst at UPC Insurance in St. Petersburg, FL. She also worked as a multi-state Property Claims Adjuster with UPC. Previously, Cricky worked as a Senior Accounts Manager for insurance and loan underwriting risks at USAA, and as a Quality Assurance Auditor for Customer Service at Progressive Insurance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, with a focus on sustainability, from Oregon State University. Cricky completed AINS coursework at The Institutes. She works within the Product Development process, including program filings and program development.
