MSO, Inc. (The Mutual Service Office, Inc.)
is not your standard rating bureau. We recognize that each company, and each risk, is different,
so we offer personalized service. Our products are flexible. They may be customized
to suit special needs. We serve small to mid-sized stock and mutual insurers.
Our goal is to provide member companies with an easier, more profitable
way to do business.
- MSO provides custom rate and statistical service on all property and
casualty lines except personal auto and boiler/machinery.
- All MSO programs and services are designed to be easy to use. The forms
are fully compatible with other bureaus' forms.
- We offer no cost training for your staff and/or agents in the use of
our products. Our products are easily programmable. Software packages that support our products are available from several vendors. We will work with
any vendor in the development of software programs.
- Customer feedback is a key component in keeping our products and services
up to date and effective. MSO users are consulted at every stage of development
of a new product or service, and when existing programs are updated.
