FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: DECEMBER 2009 MSO ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH INSURCARD

Glen Rock, NJ - MSO®, Inc. (The Mutual Service Office, Inc.) has announced that they have partnered with InsurCard. InsurCard is a
system that uses prepaid debit cards for insurance claims payments. Originally offered for Workers' Compensation, the cards are now available for all property and

cash flow and record keeping. Funds for subsequent payments can be added electronically to a claimant's card which negates any waiting periods that normally occur
with check issuance.
"The insurance industry is a unique fit for prepaid cards because payment by card can greatly expedite the claims process," says J. Robert Mendte, President,
InsurCard.
"We are very excited about our partnership with InsurCard, as we expect it to set the standard for insurance claim payments for the future in the insurance industry.
We see this as an opportunity to offer our clients a best-in-class service that will help them control costs and enhance customer service, while keeping premiums at
competitive levels," adds Jan Scites, CEO, MSO, Inc.
Companies may implement Insurcard through MSO at a discounted rate. The service is available to MSO member companies as well as the general insurance industry.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: AUGUST 2009 MSO INTRODUCES COMMERCIAL AUTO PROGRAM IN INDIANA
Glen Rock, NJ - MSO®, Inc. (The Mutual Service Office, Inc.) has announced that their Commercial Auto program is now available in
Indiana. This complements the other programs offered in the state, including Businessowners (BOP), Commercial Inland Marine and Commercial and Personal
Umbrella.
Coverages under the MSO Auto program are essentially equivalent to those found in other industry programs, however, the drafting style and
format follows that used in other MSO programs. The policy is fully self contained, including all pertinent coverages, exclusions and conditions other than
those that are state-specific. We have also built in several provisions that are added by endorsement under other programs. These are coverage modifications
that are included without premium adjustment. They include the "Individual as Named Insured" provision for both Liability and Physical Damage coverage;
Explosives, Wrong Delivery of Liquid Products, Rolling Stores and Professional exclusions for Liability; Nuclear Common Exclusion; Farm Equipment Exclusion
for Physical Damage; Loss Payable Condition for Physical Damage. The optional Auto Medical Payments provision is also included in the Liability section rather
than as an add-on by endorsement. This inclusive style eliminates the use of nine different endorsements, thereby simplifying policy construction.
The streamlined MSO Commercial Auto Manual includes classification and rating procedures for selected eligible commercial auto exposures.
These are: trucks and trailers, private passenger types, church buses, school buses and funeral directors. Certain classes and provisions contained in the
standard industry manuals are not included in the MSO program, as they are not risks that our current members write. For example: zone rated risks and taxicabs.
We have simplified the rating procedures in the MSO manual as well.
MSO offers Property and Casualty programs for all commercial and personal lines. Personal Lines programs include Homeowners, Mobilehomeowners,
Combination Dwelling, Inland Marine, Farmowners, Umbrella Liability, and Personal Automobile. In addition to the BOP, Commercial programs include: Property
and Liability (including Farm), Auto, House of Worship, Contractors, Inland Marine, Garage, Garagekeepers and Umbrella.
MSO has long been an industry leader, offering programs that are comprehensive and easy to use. Highlights of MSO programs include:
- Plain language saves companies money by clearly excluding coverage for claims that were never intended to be paid
- Easily customizable to meet company's underwriting and marketing needs
- Declarations Supplements showing coverage limits - dollar limits are not hidden in policy forms
- True exclusions, with exceptions shown as Supplemental Coverages, helps avoid confusion
