independent adjusting firm.
For over 15 years, Mariposa has offered premier CAT and daily adjusting services to insurance companies through a nationwide network of trained and qualified adjusters. A
highlight of Mariposa’s operation is their web-based claims management service. Mariposa specializes in daily property and casualty claims and complete catastrophe support. They

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: DECEMBER 2011 MSO INTRODUCES FARMOWNERS PROGRAM IN ARKANSAS

Glen Rock, NJ - MSO®, Inc. (The Mutual Service Office, Inc.) is introducing the 2011 Farmowners program in Arkansas. The program is being used by a
member company that recently entered the state. MSO currently has a Farmowners program filed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. An updated version will be
filed in these and other states shortly. MSO’s Farmowners is approved for both Commercial and Personal Lines in Arkansas.
The Farmowners Program is a self contained package type policy that includes property and liability coverages that provide coverage comparable to the common industry commercial
farm programs, but in a format following that used by MSO for all its Personal and Commercial Lines.
The MSO Farmowners program is designed for ease of use and meets the needs of the farmowner who resides on a farm and has a small farming operation on the covered premises. A
highlight of the updated program is the introduction of a new main policy form that provides coverage for a farm, but excludes dwelling coverage. This can be used when the farm
is insured separately from the dwelling.
The MSO Farmowners program includes special enhancements not found in a commercial farm property and/or monoline commercial farm liability program. These enhancements include:
- Scheduled Household Personal Property
- Valuable Articles - Furs, Jewelry, Silverware
- Work Interruption
- Watercraft Liability
- Horse Boarding Coverage

Highlights of the flexible MSO Homeowners Program include:
- A single Common Provisions Form, including all common policy conditions, applies to all Coverage Forms (such as MHO 3,4 & 6). Specific causes of loss, dollar limits of liability, and
provisions unique to a specific form are shown in the individual Coverage Forms and not hidden in the main Common Provisions Form.
- Building Code coverage built in.
- Easily customizable Coverage Forms showing coverage limits to help agents market to clients.
- True exclusions, with exceptions shown as Supplemental Coverages, to help avoid confusion.

Glen Rock, NJ - MSO®, Inc. (The Mutual Service Office, Inc.) is pleased to welcome our newest member company, Northern Kentucky Home Insurance
Company (NKHI). Domiciled in Alexandria, KY, the company was founded over 100 years ago as Campbell County Farmer’s Fire Insurance Company, serving the needs of homeowners
in Campbell County, KY. In 2004, the company assumed its current name, to reflect their expanded coverage area, including Bracken, Boone, Campbell, Grant, Kenton and
Pendleton Counties. The company still operates as a cooperative.
Northern Kentucky Home Insurance Company was introduced to MSO by another member company president, Art Meadows of Panhandle who has been working with NKHI as part of the
newly developed BriteCore Mentoring Program. This program is specifically designed to provide the high level of technology offered by the BriteCore system for smaller companies.
MSO is proud to be the forms supporter of the mentoring program and NKHI is the first company to successfully launch the BriteCore web base operating system under this
program.
