MSO EXPANDS INSPECTION SERVICE

Glen Rock, NJ - MSO^®, Inc. (The Mutual Service Office, Inc.) is pleased to announce the expansion of its commercial inspection services. In addition to the full narrative report with specific rating, we are now offering a short form inspection service on a fee basis. This service is ideal for a BOP risk.

The new form is a combination of an enhanced version of the property short form and the liability form currently offered by MSO. The short form will include recommendations, pictures, diagram and a cooking supplement (when required). A replacement cost evaluation will be completed when the company notes that on the request form. If the building is sprinklered, the short form will include a sprinkler grading. The full sprinkler report will be completed at the time of inspection in order to develop the grading. The full sprinkler report will not be sent out with the short form.

For MSO subscribers, MSO will still offer a full narrative inspection with specific rates. The full report will include the same items as it currently does, except that the full sprinkler report will be accessible on the MSO website. The full narrative will show the sprinkler grading percentage.

In addition to inspection services, MSO offers a full line of commercial and residential property and liability inspections. MSO PARTNERS WITH ABBOTT SMITH ASSOCIATES WORLDWIDE

The MSO House of Worship program is patterned after the popular MSO Businessowners. It is a self-contained package, including property and liability coverages in one easy to use form.

Highlights of the program include:

• Two-tiered rating system. For lower valued buildings, there is a simplified composite rate, similar to the MSO BOP. Higher valued buildings are specifically rated, with the rate tailored to each building’s unique characteristics.
• Automatic Building Code/Law Coverage.
• Expanded Building Definition includes building glass, stained glass and permanently installed items usual to a house of worship such as altars, lecterns and pews.
• Double Coverage Extension for Money & Securities during certain holidays.
• Extended Definition of Insured includes Volunteer Workers.
