Yes. In order to receive the CD, please obtain written authorization from the insurance company or companies, and we will send a CD with the correct forms.
No, Agents should order through their company.
MSO provides forms and endorsements for all MSO programs to affiliated members free of charge. The only exception is the Commercial Umbrella program.
Forms and other printing specifically designed for your company can be provided for a fee. MSO offers typesetting and printing services at reasonable rates. Rates are valid for seven years from the effective date shown on the Specific Rate Summary.
Yes, non-subscribing companies and agencies can order property, liability, residential, general area and replacement cost reports on a fee basis.
These are preprinted in the main coverage form for each program. They trigger coverage by listing the endorsement # on the policy dec. There is no physical form.
All Commercial Property risks except Residential occupancies. BOP risks that request sprinkler credit must also be inspected.
Inspectors need to gain access to certain occupancies that may be locked or not open during regular business hours.
