Technical Users' Group Update

First Claims Meeting Held
By popular demand, MSO hosted a claims-focused meeting at the Crowne Plaza in Jamesburg, NJ. The meeting featured a presentation on indemnification language in contracts and the coverage implication by Renee Scrocca from the law firm of Basile, Testa. In addition, Renee addressed the issue of parental immunity. Eric Harrison and Matt Werbel from the firm of Methfessel and Werbel reviewed recent industry-related case law, including the elimination of the UM / UIM step down provision in New Jersey.

Fraud Seminar Announced
The next meeting of the MSO Technical Users' Group is scheduled for April 10, 2008. Jared Stolz will present a continuing education seminar on fraud. Contact our office if you have any questions.
